AEMS sets the new standard for bespoke product innovation and development by combining industry expertise, technology and lean manufacturing to take novel ideas from concept to market.

Lan Pasciak worked for 15 years in public accounting for Ernst & Young LLP where she led large scale projects (100M+) with several Fortune 100 companies including AT&T and Constellation Energy. She has since left public accounting to pursue her own highly successful business ventures and is a skilled entrepreneur. Currently, she serves as CEO of several successful businesses in the health, wellness and beauty space including PurelifeBiotics and Apricity Enterprises Manufacturing Solutions (AEMS).

Daniel Roberts’ diverse background and 18+ years’ experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Construction, Operations, and Business Management add significant value to our organization. Mr. Roberts earned a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of South Carolina and worked his way up to operations, engineering, and maintenance manager roles for DuPont and BASF, where he gained experience and expertise in batch and continuous processes, particularly solids handling and compaction operations.

In 2015, Mr. Roberts transitioned to entrepreneurship by acquiring an automotive collision repair center in the Florida Panhandle. For the next 7 years, he grew a single location to a multi-location enterprise with combined revenues over 8 figures. Mr. Roberts joined AEMS as COO to leverage his background and expertise to optimize production efforts and drive new business.

Alexander Pasciak MD, PhD leads the AEMS product research and development team and serves as Chief Medical Officer. Through this role, he has collaborated with numerous brands to design innovative products to meet their specific needs.  He has led a formulary and manufacturing process transformation at AEMS to greatly expand mass scale production with unprecedented product quality.

Dr. Pasciak received a PhD in Nuclear Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MD from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Prior to his engagement in entrepeneurship, he spent nearly 15 years focusing on medical research where he made numerous academic contributions, including development of a new targeted therapy for brain cancer which currently has IND approval by the FDA. Given his background in engineering, medicine and research, Dr. Pasciak is aptly suited to lead up our team's R&D efforts and to help design the perfect product for our clients.
